is it right or wrong?

um.
i have these question on my mind..

first...
may we have a relationship when we still in junior high school? yah,, our age is still 12-15 (although i'm in senior high school) stiil a child.. um not teenage.
why? cause sometimes it make me annoyed, moreover when the friendship is broken because of relationship. (yah,, actually i never have a relationship before but almost and it makes me realized)

second..
why is there always be a person who hated by others? and these people always blame that person whatever he/she does. ya,, maybe coz of annoying attitude he/she is being hated.. but have ever u think if we were her/him?
actually, she/he doesnt know why others hate/ignore her/him. and it will be more complicated coz this person will hate/ignore others too..
isn't better if we approach this kind of person and tell her/him not to do annoying thing etc. rather than ignore and hate him/her automatically?
yah.. but actually i admit that it is not an easy thing to do.
